Lucky, our new rescue, a stray from san Jacinto. No chip no collar no tags. Nobody claimed him. Humane Society couldn’t find owners so he’s with us now. He’s going to the vet today. @newvet.hospital it’s going to take care of him and do the surgery. We were so lucky to found him a foster who is willing to help us to save his life.

May 22 Update on lucky the pup we rescued from San Jacinto. We found a sweet & loving foster for him. He received the surgery he needed for the cherry eye problem. Unfortunately the gland was already getting infected for been so long outside & it had to be removed, this means Lucky will have to be on eye drops for that eye for the rest of his life 1 time a day to keep that eye moist & prevent for future ulcers (nothing bad if you ask me) he also got neuter, microchip, blood work done, tested for tick disease & heart worm. Lucky is healthy & clean! He also got dewormed. This sweet boy is around 2yo 17 pounds. A bit fearful, but no ages soon at all. Once he trusts he’s a loving pup. Very sweet, good temperament. Will need more exposure to walks etc. lucky will be ready for adoption in 1 week, he is also vaccinated. If you want to meet lucky apply at www.tddogs.org terrier mix.
